The cheese cutter
The cheese cutter had a blue plastic strip over the blade which I found very difficult to remove.

Cuts the cheese
Slides through cheese like a knife through butter!Great for hard cheeses. Not so great for soft cheeses. Nice and sharp, just how i like my cheeses.

Great for slicing Edam
After a knife broke in my hand (!) slicing Edam for school lunches, I decided to get one of these. Having used them on visits to Northern Europe, I knew it would be no good for crumbly cheddar. Works a treat on Edam and Gouda and certain firmer types of cheddar too. My family love thin slices, and I haven’t broken it yet 😀

Useful cheese slicer
This is easy to use and cuts a neat slice of cheese, I’ve only given it 4 stars because I like my cheese a little thicker than this produces. I’ve only used it on the narrow side of a block of cheese, thought that would be easier than the big flat side of cheese and it was easy as pie!

Nothing better than a Dutch cheese slicer
Tried many cheaper versions but settled for Brabantia. Great quality product, sharp and works great!

Prima kaasschaaf
Werkt prima met jong belegen kaas. Let wel op, er zijn meerdere versies met en zonder kartels. Ik heb de versie zonder kartels gebruikt.
