Like many others, the seat belt receptacles on my brand new car rub against the center console. I wanted to immediately prevent scratches on the console from day one. I figured the best way was to place some felt on them. I only need a small section of felt so I do wish they offered a smaller amount instead of two rolls but it was worth it not to damage a brand new car.The adhesive is strong. I went with black to match the receptacle color. It’s easy to cut with a sharp pair of scissors. Once I placed it on the back of the part, you can hardly see it. The felt is soft so I’m fairly certain it’s not going to scuff or scratch.I will probably look around the house to find other uses for the remainder of the felt.

I used a strip of these between the leather seats of my car and the middle console to stop an annoying “squeak” when they’d rub together. This not only did the trick, but I haven’t had to replace either of them due to wear or adhesive failure in over a year. Quality product and a great value for the money. FIVE STARS!!!

My only regret about this purchase is that I didn't make it sooner!I used this to replace the worn-out fur strips (I don't know what they are actually called) on the bottom of my cordless stick vacuum. I also covered the obnoxious tiny wheels that constantly clogged up with tiny fibers while vacuuming. They would twist debris so tightly around the axel, the wheels would seize up. I only use this stick vac on hard floors and we do not have any pets, so I have no idea where all those fibers come from.This product is thicker and wider than the original fur, so it was easy enough to completely cover the part of the bottom I needed to. And because it is more dense, I expect it to last a good long while. It's amazing how easily the vacuum glides across the surface of my floors now.

Attached this to the music rack on an organ and it keeps the music in place

I got this because my new titanium leg brace was scratching my motorcycle paint. Problem solved. Excellent adhesion and thick, tough felt. And i have extra for um whatever weird thing i need lol

I used it add on the back of of my seat belt buckle so that the plastic wont rub against the middle console also made out of plastic.

Used on rockers in house and furniture. Holds really well, cuts easily. Cut to size is better than purchasing separate pieces.
