I can't say enough about my new Arcade, and the customer service at Creative Arcades was outstanding!I am almost 70, and have always wanted an arcade...a REAL one. So I was doing an online chat at their website, asking about delivery, warranty, etc. Told them I'll think about it. Came back later and again, chatting online, I told them I was about to make the purchase. I enjoyed the conversation and, come to find out later, I was chatting with the owner of the company! The day after my order was placed, I received a phone call from their Logistics Dept, informing me that the owner appreciated my nice messages to him the day before, and wanted to offer me an upgrade!I could go on and on, but let me just say that I can't wait to have a houseful of family over the holidays, enjoying the new arcade!I've tried to submit photos, but haven't had success. It looks AWESOME in our gameroom.

I bought this for my sons high school graduation. I converted our garage into a game room/hang out for my son and his friends. This $2200 machine was not suppose to have been used. When I plugged it in, it showed top scores of previous players. It had to have been a used machine. When I wrote the seller, they said they had to test it out before selling. Uhh they played quite a bit. Also when playing the stick does not seem to connect well with the direction or speed you are trying to accomplish in the game. The gate opens too deeply in the stroke-all directions. The sensitivity is very rigid and you can only make full stroke movements. Moving the joystick and trackball have the same results, only the trackball only detects faster motions. The directions sometimes command the adjacent direction even when targeted 100%. This happens in all directions on stick and ball. I'm sorry, I really think I paid almost $2200 for a used arcade and it is very frustrating to try to play. I tried writing seller and every time they would reply to call. When I did call, I felt like I got a bunch of excuses why it was not playing right. Excuses I really don't understand and instructions to help the problem I don't understand. I'm sorry I shouldn't have to do anything to get it to work...like I said...I paid almost $2200 for it! Quite a bit of money to get the run around.

My family loves this! It’s definitely a hit with everyone, all ages. From my 3 yr old thinking she’s actually playing from the second controller, to my 60 year old parents. Not all games get use of the second controller. Like the vintage games, because that’s not how it was back in the days. We shared one controller. So I can’t complain. It has all the greats like frogger pac man ms.pac donkey Kong centipede dig dug. And there’s a few options to each game like donkey Kong 1 and 2 and pac man jr. and pac man 1 and 2 etc. so many games, but I stick to those. 👍🏻 Easy adjustable volume.

Great arcade! We feel like we are back in our childhood in the arcade. High quality materials and a well built arcade.

Wow, really? 60 games is too many to list? How about a link? It’s 2022 people. I hope nobody buys products when they don’t have a full idea of what they’re getting! Shopping this product is extremely frustrating, it’s like we are going ‘back to the past’, like it’s the 80’s again! Hold up, I think I just saw Doc and Marty driving by in the DeLorean looking for trash to put in the Flux Capacitor. 😃

The media could not be loaded. The seller is very friendly and interested to Help. The arrived really quick. The freight company called to arrange delivery. Everything went very smoothly., it is so much fun to have this in the house for friends and family to enjoy when they come to visit.
