This product is flimsy. It will not stay in place. It sways.We put it together and were not able to use it. It went right back in the box.Be very careful before you buy it, we had a hard time returning it. Had to pay over $280 in shipping fees on a $687 product.

This is a solid piece of equipment. Not flimsy at all, seems like it's gonna last a long time. It feels sturdy when u put it together. The manual needs a little work though. It's just numbered pictures but it doesn't give you tips to help make the assembly go smoothly. I had placed two items backwards and had to take it apart to again before I got it right. That extended the assembly time.The equipment itself works great. The bar glides smoothly up and down. The safety hooks are easily engaged. And you can set the safty stops as high or low as you want. Keep in mind that if you don't have extra weights stored on the back posts, the back end will come up off the ground during the upward motion of your squats.Our item showed up in a damaged box with a bunch of tape on it. No damaged items but one of the extra weight storage posts was missing. I contacted the company and they responded super quick. They sent pictures to make sure we had the right part and she shipped it to me within days. Probably the best customer service I've experienced in years. Overall this is a solid purchase and definitely recommended.

Very happy with this Smith machine. love its compact size and smooth operation. Because of it's small size, you'll need to place sand bags on the supports to hold it in place

Not hard to assemble, adjustable bench is nice for hitting different parts of your chest, leg extension and curl attachment is nice to have and preacher curl addon is nice but I prefer to use an EZ bar as opposed to the attachment they provide.Other notes:I've had four 45lbs plates on the bar and haven't had any concerns about the machines ability to withstand it.It's nice that the sleeves can be removed to accommodate standard or Olympic plates.

We had a defective part. The customer service was amazing and now we are really enjoying the machine!

This machine does everything its supposed to and makes you feel safe at the same time. Allowing you to lift more.

Sort of difficult to set up , however overall quality of the product hold up well , able to load more weight than expected Id say can load about 200 pounds on each side which is exactly what I needed for squats and deadlifts. Really happy with the product overall
