I ordered these about 1 month ago, they arrived on a very hot day and they were left in my mailbox. I didn't have access to my mailbox until the next day so the chocolate was completely melted. I contacted the seller and explained, they responded to me very quickly, kindly and understanding. They issue a refund right away. I ordered again, guess what? This time they placed it in a little cooler with an ice pack. Again I picked it up from my mailbox a couple of days later and the chocolate was PERFECT. They listen to my concern and suggestion, issued me a refund, and figured out a way to make it better the next time. The chocolate is great!! I use it to make my every morning mocha, the seller is AMAZING, great service! I HIGHLY recommend them and their product.

The design on the box made me think I had received a gift when I saw the box! Opening the box and looking in, the thought continued! The chocolate chips were in a pretty little cooler with an ice pouch. The ice was no longer cold but the chips were perfect. None melted and this was in the 80-90° temps. The chips themselves were great too. I like the monk fruit sweetener the best for my husband's diabetes. I found them to be a smoother texture than the last brand I bought and the flavor must have been great too, as my husband munched them all down before I could make anything with them. I will order again when available.

I was extremely pleased with the taste and texture of these zero sugar chips. I expected a wax like texture and unpleasant aftertaste. These chips don't have an unpleasant aftertaste and they melt much like my regular chocolate chips.I was somewhat concerned ordering these online in hot weather... being afraid I would open the package to find a melted mess. No worry-These chips were carefully packaged in an insulated bag with an ice pack. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a vender who takes care sending their food items, (a rare find).I will definitely order from this seller again as they take pride in their products and it is a good product. Thanks so much for making my day.

I’m sure this product is very good. I did open one of the peanut butter cups to taste it and it was very nice. However, I should’ve ordered in the fall. The ice packs were not suitable for the transit, duration, and all of the products were completely melted.

I normally purchase a different brand but for some reason wanted to try something different. A little worried about the recent hot days but hoped it would come when it was a little cooler. I try not to order chocolate in summer and we are almost there. They often show up melted. This chocolate came in a cute thermal like bag with a zipper and had been sent with some kind of ice packet that appears to be re-useable so I put it in the freezer. The chocolate is very good. I had some chips with berries and yogurt and loved it. Very happy!

Love the taste. Gives me a chocolate fix without the sugar spike.I received the 7oz white chocolate baking chips.These chips are delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. I haven't used these for cooking. I use them as a snack to satisfy my sweet tooth without the sugar.60 chip serving = 1g sugar. That is plenty to fill my sweet desire with no sugar after effects.Plus no sugar alcohols. So no added flatulence.The ingredients look slightly different on the 20Oz package. But lists the same low sugar amount.

I took a chance and bought chocolate, coming from California to Florida, in late June. The chocolate did not melt! in fact, the little cooler carry bag (adorable bag that put a smile on my face!) had an ice pack in it, which was completely melted and room temperature, but the chocolate was still not melted. I use the chocolate chips and the choczero marshmallows to make s'mores YUMMMM! Also, their maple syrup is incredibly good! I make crunchy "french toast" by pouring the maple syrup and sprinkling some cinnamon on some pea protein crunches and nuking it. Sooo good!

I wanted so much to try this product but it came in the mail to the west, during July. An ice pack was provided. It was hot water when it arrived. The chips were completely liquid and not safe to eat.UpdateI contacted customer service and they quickly refunded my money. I will consider purchasing again once it’s cold outsideI only gave 3 stars because I honestly do not know if the product is any good.
