I've had the original plantronics battery in my W720 headset for around 3 and a half years and it definitely stopped holding a real charge. The AvimaBasics battery replacement allows my headset to last much longer on one charge.It did seem slightly larger than the original battery so was work getting the battery cable and connector to fit correctly in the headset but I got it to work.

This fit my Plantronics Savi headset as expected. It was easy enough to change out the old battery (which had been a champ for years). I chose this one because it had a higher charge capacity than the standard replacement battery. So far I've had zero problems and I'm glad I did it. I don't have to worry about putting the headset back on the charger as often as I was needing to before.

1 year later and its still working. Thank you a ton for this product at reasonable price.

Perfect replacement battery for Plantronics CS520/ CS510. same size as original one. Have been using it for over a year now and still keeps a charge. easy to install as well.

I needed this to replace the battery in my headset. Great battery life. I can talk a full work day on it.

This battery didn't last more than 9 months. Worthless

This was advertised as replacement for CS351 which should then fit into Plantronics Savi W720 headset. It does not fit because it is too large for the battery slot.
