REAL REVIEW.
So, here's the thing, when I buy headphones, I put in a lot of research into them. First time buying wireless headphones, and I was excited. Alright: The CONS: The package came quickly, but when I opened it, there were no instructions on how to use it, operate it, or even how to connect it to my phone. The earbuds and ear pieced came in three different sizes (as shown), and they were kind of annoying to be honest. I have very small ears, and even in the smallest size they felt too big and bulky. Very. Bulky. I figured they (the ear pieces as a whole) would be closer to my head so they wouldn't get snagged or caught in any of my scarves. Well...they did. It was just annoying. It took a friend and I about 45 minutes and some research to even configure connecting to my phone. (You turn it on, and place the back of the headphone with the little "N" symbol to the back of your phone (I personally have a Samsung Galaxy S5--idk if it works like this with different devices), and it will connect--if you have Bluetooth on. Whenever I was in a call, the other line couldn't hear me unless I physically put the mic right up to my mouth. All they could hear was the background noise. I had to practically yell into the mic in order to be heard. The mic itself is poorly placed, in the earbud, and if it's blocked (say by a hat or earmuffs) then good luck with having the other side hear you! As for the buttons themselves, the singular button doesn't do much except for play/pause a song and pick up/hang up calls. I wish these thing had a volume and mic separate button for easier managing. You have to do almost everything by your device. As for charging: it stopped charging after a few hours because the charger they sent me seemed a bit hazy. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. No warning of when the headphones die except three beeps are heard and they do it without warning. It will continue to blink blue when it is on. It continued to stay red until "fully charged" (no directions--again, no instructors, so no idea. Running? they just kept falling off :/THE PROS: Came in as soon as four days after purchase. Sound quality is fanTASTIC. I love being able to walk up to around 30 feet (permitted there aren't any walls) and enjoy my music and my calls.Pictures are attached, if you have any questions, please feel free!

Great sports headphones if you know the tricks
Some important things to know. It comes at 50% volume. You read manuals saying you can control volume either with phone or the button sequence. This is not true - the headphone volume is independent of device. So to max volume, tap once, then press and hold till max volume*. then control volume henceforth with the phone. I was going to return them since they were too quiet to blot out gym noise until i realized i had to up the volume on the headphones too. Secondly, i typically use a smaller size earbud. It comes with 3 sizes. But i didnt get much bass with them. When i finally experimented with using the largest size (so it filled my ear hole), then it was proper fidelity. My only issue is that it doesnt give you any warning when it's out of juice. Just stops working when it runs out. (* two short + tap and hold to volume down)

NO Trouble
I don't know why the others indicated they had so much trouble with the single button control. My suggestion...READ the manual. It works fine for me.The product is like new with all the accessories. Paired up with the phone, listened to music and talked with no trouble.Another satisfying refurbished product.

Instant remorse for my wallet
They feel really cheap and I'm considering returning them. I think they might be knockoffs, and only work half of the time. They aren't very loud either.

These did not work for me. They were not compatible with my iphone. I do not recall if that was part of the original description.
