Bad design all around
When I sit, my tailbone hits an unpadded wood crosspiece. Seriously, how did this get past the design stage, much less built?It won't lean back unless you recline. The back part of the arms are unpadded, so your elbows knock unpadded wood.The foam on the back is built up in the middle, so I have to put my head in the exact middle, or it'll slide into the foam valleys. All of the foam is way too stiff.The unrecline lever is very stiff. I have to lean forward and put my body into it.This chair is so bad, I feel like I've been punked.
