I had an old 2.4ghz wifi card, I was only managing to get 20mb/s, this wifi card had fluctuating speeds of double to quadruple the previous card, very easy to install and no problem with windows installing driver.

I couldn't upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 on a laptop because of the card it had. I changed it to this one and did the upgrade. Only using the WiFi though so can't comment on Bluetooth.
