I love the extra fine markers. It's only a little bit wider than a gel pen. It makes color coding a breeze. They also dry fast enough that I don't smudge them. The bleed through is minimal and as long as you keep the lids on them they last for a while. They are permanent markers, so they do not wash out easy.

Yes, my purchase met my expectations. Truly, I needed the yellow color because the full size yellow one that I had wn't ran out of ink. I was painting a rock and it was unfinished. I made sure the color matched before starting to finish my rock. I covered the background with the yellow, now I'll proceed with the beautiful flower that will be the centerpiece. Thank you, Sharpie, for keeping the colors identical. And to you the seller, thank you, too.

I always try new pens when I first get them to make sure they all worked. These were perfect. Nice, smooth writing. The caps on two of them were practically impossible to get off, but others were easy to open.

If you're one of those people who writes postcards to voters every year, and sometimes end up with campaign postcards that are the kind of glossy that ballpoint pens don't work on, these are the perfect markers for you. They write fine enough that you can easily and legibly fit the addresses and message. They don't smear, and the ink can be removed with hand sanitizer if you make a mistake on one of those glossy postcards. I wrote over a hundred postcards with just one of these pens, and it didn't dry out or cause me any problems.

These Sharpie permanent markers are the best out there...for me! I use these ultra point markers quite often because I write the date on a lot of stuff that I use or open; especially when I replace batteries (so I know exactly when I put in the batteries and how long they last), replace light bulbs (so I get an idea of how long they actually lasts as well), and even when I open a new bag of dog food or a jar of peanut butter LOL (so I know how long they last or how old they are), etc. The best use is for when I have guests and everyone is trying to figure out whose cup is whose and I can write names (or cities or whatever) on those hard plastic without any issues. I have rarely, if ever, encountered a surface that I couldn't write on yet. However, be advise that these permanent markers can be rubbed off on some surfaces, especially shiny ones. Overall, I would definitely purchase these again. I like having the different colors and alternating among them for my different uses. I would give these markers 4.9/5.0! -06/05/201502/13/2024: Amazingly, I have not needed to buy any more of these Sharpie markers because I still have these ones from 2015 and they all still work flawlessly. Back then, I thought they would be dried up by now but nope. Still using them today in 2024 to mark dates on stuff. Worth every penny!
