Works Wonderfully!
I've been using this charging mount since I bought my index! Its been years and the charging points have never had a single issue! In order to keep your usbs stable and lower the risk of damage, I would recommend using command strips to secure the base of this charging station to whatever you rest it on!Great investment that keeps your buttons and analog sticks from being worn down while charging!

Nice Space-saving solution!
The look and build of this stand is great! It looks nice on my desk while saving space and keeping my Index controllers charged and the charging speed seems to be pretty decent too. Roughly an hour to fully charge the controllers. There's assembly instructions printed on the box, but it came pre-assembled and ready to use so that's nice. The one little drawback is there are two USB cables you need to plug in to charge each controller individually and an AC adapter is not included which was fine with me because I had spares laying around anyway. The materials seem to be genuine wood and metal, thumbs up for that. Slotting the controllers into the USB-C ports can be a little awkward, if these were of the detachable magnetic contact kind that'd make it easier to just set them down into the stand, maybe on the next generation model.

Convenient.
These do more or less what they ought to, but you have to be careful lining them up. Because the charging cables are simply threaded into the wood instead of this device having connectors firmly fixed in place, the connectors tend to deflect a bit when you insert the controllers. A nuisance, but manageable with practice.

Fantastic Company
*Update*Received Replacement that worked with a little wiggling of the controllers after sending in for replacement. It appears i had just got two out of a bad batch but was just going to live with the second one i received. Noticing something had gone wrong, the makers of the product reached out to me and sent me another unit at no additional cost assuring it would work perfectly. Same sturdy build quality, great look, and is currently charging right away when plugged in.I would buy with confidence from VRGE in the future knowing that if by some fluke you get a faulty item they will do everything in their power to make it right.*Original Review*The Charging Dock feels very sturdy and looks great, but sadly the right side does not charge. Have put in for a replacement and will update review once it arrives.

Good but overpriced.
Pros: Build quality is great, looks sharp, has a nice grippy pad on the bottom and it has some weight to it to keep it from moving when removing the controllers. This a very good looking stand.Cons: I really don't like the way they did the charging solution. Instead of developing a relay or something original for this peice they just wired two USB type c cables into the bottom of the wood. This makes it so there are two cables you need to plug in and wire and i feel like for 45 dollars this is pretty ghetto.Overall its a good product but I feel it is a little overpriced considering the way they have this setup. I think this product would be a much better value priced near 25 to 30 dollars.

At least it looks nice and works
Let's describe exactly how this product is built. It looks like the company carves the actual stand out of wood and puts a base plate on the bottom so it stays standing up. Then, they take two USB to USB-C cables you could buy at your local Walmart and string it through the stand. It's basically just a piece of wood that's designed to keep the end of a normal cable you would use to charge the index controller facing upright. It also doesn't come with an outlet adapter, so if you aren't planning on plugging this directly into your computer (I wouldn't) and the nearby outlet doesn't have two USB slots, you'll need to buy an adapter for that separately. That being said, it does *look* very nice. The wood and baseplate actually seem to be high quality. I wouldn't go as far to say it's worth $40, but there also doesn't seem to be any alternatives at the moment.I like to keep my controllers on this stand when I'm not using them because it looks good, but it's also worth noting you need to unplug the chargers when they are done charging, otherwise the light on the index controller will never turn off.

Used products sent as new
When I received the package (and unboxed the box), I noticed the original seal was broken and someone had taped over it. Considering I had supposedly purchased this new, that was a tad annoying. On the up side, it was already assembled inside. On the down side, the connection for the left controller did not function unless I held it on that side. The moment I let go, it would no longer receive power. So, largely useless in that vein.I have requested a replacement, and I will update from that once it has been received.

Awesome product! Slightly difficult to plug in at times.
This is an amazing product and works perfectly. A nice quick charge for your Valve Index Controllers when you have to take a few minute breather and break from Beat Saber for example. It can be ever so slightly frustrating trying to get them plugged in, as they have to be at just the right angle to connect, but over all I love this product and recommend it.
