These are solid vitamins, no complaints. They arrived as expected and are easy to swallow with no nasty taste or aftertaste. I personally prefer the gummy vitamins, but if you want regular ones these are a great option. This is a trusted brand with quality ingredients. Make sure you tightly close the lid each time after you take a vitamin out to keep them fresh or store in an airtight container. This is a good product, I'd buy it again.

I am not a person that strongly believes in vitamin tablets. I have learned to get proper nutrients through my diet and work to make sure I am doing that. I live alone and do my own cooking and believe in getting nutrients from fresh food. But, I take it and my numbers are good.

A very experienced nurse from Wound Care Department at a Kaiser Permanente facility advised me to use "Centrum" as a useful zinc containing supplement for treating trophic ulcers on my leg. The treatment was successful, and probably because of zinc, important part of the "Centrum".The tablet is thick and relatively large, but it can be easily taken inside with some amount of water. Before, I also used some chewable tablets of "Centrum".If you are (attention!) 50+ years old, take the tablets after getting a piece of advice from your Family Doctor (I did) and... be healthy!
