It's hard to be thrilled about something so completely unobtrusive as a multi vitamin, so I think I'll stray from OH EM GEE DIS IS DA GREETIST to just saying: It's a multi vitamin. It gives you multiple vitamins. What the heck else would you expect? Oh, P.S., because it contains iron, don't be surprised if you get stomach cramps and your poop turns an upsetting shade of black for a while. You'll get used to it after a while, but man is it both confusing and painful in the beginning. Edited a couple of years later: What's weird is that I originally had no worthwhile opinion on these vitamins, I just figured they were vitamins and all vitamins are created equal and there's no need to really bother about which ones you get. BUT THERE IS. After I finished off this bottle, I started just buying the ridiculously cheap generics you find in your local mega stores only to find that they were all flawed. Most of them actually made me burp a weird metallic flavor throughout the day, and all of them had me feeling less energetic as well. I guess I just never considered that not having any noticeable affect, in itself, is actually a brilliant feature of Centrum vitamins. There's a reason that these are a household name! I'm upping my stars from four to five. I'll never question you again, semi-expensive vitamins that do their job and do it well.

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about the effects of these vitamins. People reported stomach pains, gas, discomfort, etc., so I followed the directions, took it with food, but I didn’t experience anything that was described in the 1-star reviews. I just took it without food to see if it caused any problems, but nothing so far. The worst parts of the product are the size of the pill and the smell, but it is otherwise tasteless. It is difficult to recommend a product if some people experience negative side effects, so I would say give it a try, since it is relatively cheap for a large amount of pills. If it doesn’t work for you, find someone who will take them, or throw them out. No use trying to stay healthy and supplement your diet when it makes you feel terrible.

I had to write a review on this multivitamin, I am impressed so far I have been taking them every morning, after 3 days I noticed me doing things I have not done in a long time with out realizing it, I have more energy and just feel all around better. I will say I have tried many products and I have not found any that work for me till I tried this. I will say it is true that it will not work for everyone each individual is different and will respond different, I guess I got lucky. This is what I did I went to my Dr. asked for a full blood count FBC results were available online on my diagnostic lab site, I was then able to read the results my self and educate my self with what my results mean what I was low on and so on so after 2 hours of research compared what my body needs to what vitamins are available to be supplemented and came to Centrum Adults has everything I needed. NOTE: I am in no way telling you what to do or recommending you to do it, I am telling my story and how it worked for me. Before dieting or thinking of dieting or taking any supplements first you should consult your Dr.

Just one tablet a day covers all the basics, so I don’t have to worry about taking multiple supplements. It’s convenient for my busy routine, and I appreciate that it comes from a reputable brand I trust.

He says it gives him everything he needs and he does not have to extra D3 or B like I do. Of course I am older and need more. He also says the same as the person above, if he misses a day - doesn't feel as good. So it works well for him. The customer who bought pills that expired before used because of the large bottle should know that Costco accepts everything back except for electronics that have special warranties they cover. Also expiration dates are not perfect, they are only approximated. My dad who was a pharmacist said that these dates can largely be ignored if you will be using the medicine or medicinal product within a few months. He said often enough the date is written even a year or so before the actual date of expiration, because these things cannot be told perfectly and the companies are only protecting themselves by giving the earliest date of expiration possible. It is not like fresh or bottled food products that expire sooner. He is a busy professional who doesn't always have the leisure of preparing nutrutious meals. he keep it real simple with Centrum. Can't do without it. If he miss a few days without taking it, he literally get sick

Recommended, I gave 5 stars though the expiry date is close 06-2024 which is 235 days from now so I will be finishing the 200 tablets closely by the expiry date. But overall the product is very good.

200 tablets for 6 months but the expiration is near February 2023.so bad.
