If you've got a little one that loves trains, these are a MUST! For wooden trains these are amazingly detailed, and high quality. The price is unbelievable! I thought they would be cheapy looking or feeling but they are right up there with Hape, Brio, ect, maybe even surpassing them because of the detail painted onto these trains, and at a FRACTION of the cost! And if you've got a little train fanatic in your life you know how these trains can add up! 6 train segments would normally cost at least $55-$60. So not only are they very high quality and very affordable but they come in sturdy, adorable, high quality giftable packaging which was very surprising! My only complaint is that there aren't more for me to order lol! But I will be checking back to see if Battat will be releasing any new trains!

My son has a lot of trains and I am shocked at the quality of these for the price. They're beautifully detailed, strong magnets, and real wood. I definitely recommend. They fit the standard wooden track but if you have some tight tunnels they might be too tall. That's the only thing I can think of that might be an issue with these as they're kind of large. Would definitely buy again.

Trains are very sturdy, paint is good and great value for the money.

I like the size and heft of these compared to Brio. They look more train like by design. The lines and details were crisp and the finish over the paint seem durable. I was worried off brand would cut more corners but I feel the quality surpasses what I’ve seen so far from ikea train sets, brio and Thomas.

alrighty, let's check out pros and cons!Pros: Great looking set, well made train set.Cons: Only the black train will go up and down track elevations. All 3 trains work well on flat wood tracks but the orange and yellow train sets don't have enough clearance on the magnets to go up elevated tracks and the attached cars will disconnect. It's a little disappointing but my son loves them regardless. So that's a win.

Anyone with kids knows you need to be careful when buying items for play. So far, been two months, my four year old has been able to keep these trains intact! Lol They are a great quality! He plays with them every day (literally loves trains)! Great purchase.

Bought this freight train for my GRANDson. Good value and made a 4 year old train lovin’ little boy happy! It was a good value works well w/Brio train tracks and train cars.

This train was a big hit to a three-year old friend. I liked that it was small for his hands, colorful and he could switch the order of the cars.

La calidad de los vagones es buena, están bien pintados, no tienen deformidades, las llantitas no se atoran y el imán tiene buen agarre. Lo probamos en una alfombra y aún así se mantienen unidos por el imán. Estoy más que satisfecho con la compra.

Trains look great and very sturdy, amazing value for money. Strong magnets allow for building long trains, removable cargo adds more options to play. Works great with Brio tracks with a note (see below)The small drawback is that they are bigger than Brio trains and most of analogs. Along with wheels that are moving left and right it can cause problems while riding on standard tracks, especially uphill (middle wheels lose contact with track and car can derail). Doesn't seem to be a big problem for kids though, they love them.
