I followed the instructions but no wax came out my ear. Either my ears were clean or its poor advertising. I felt the part that goes in your ear maybe too soft to for the wax to grip onto. Will give it another try in a few weeks or get another member of family to try it. I do have a small ear canal my doc told me so maybe its to wide. Will give it benefit of doubt. As usually happy with my orders from Amazon.

Was a bit sceptical about the product but thought I would give it a go and it actually did quite a good job of removing wax from my ears. The key to doing this (which is not mentioned in their blurb) is making sure you soften the wax first. The best way to do this (recommended by a doctor) is spray Earol (olive oil spray, available on Amazon) in your ears before bed and then put vaseline on some cotton wool and plug up your ears. In the morning remove the cotton wool and then have a go with this the wax remover. One negative/oddity. Not sure why they have different coloured heads as they are all identical!

No effect on my ears at all, either I’ve no wax or it doesn’t work

I've been looking at trying this tool out for a while I do suffer badly from earwax build up .I purchased this item to unblock my ear canal all did was push the wax further in .Before use you still need to use something to soften the wax you might as well do the usual soften the wax and then use the shower head to remove the wax .I think the tool is best used to keep the wax from building up not to be used if your ear canal has already become blocked.

Bought for hubby who was unable to book for his ears to be syringed. A friend recommended this. Looks a little weird but we thought why not give it a go. Lot cheaper than the £55 to pay for private ear syringing.It was worth it. It works plus it's reusable. No more cotton buds in the bin

It didn’t bring out any waxing from my ears but it’s very soft and painless.

Excellent product to remove softened ear waxes.

The product is ok but not brilliant my main issue is the instructions are bad. eg image of instructions and one that come with product are for a different version to change the tip turn to the right and then push up do not push on both sides literally had to break the first tip off to figure out this as not stated anywhere and first tip is already on product apart from that it is exactly how it look and other reviewers state enjoy
