Best non-wheat pasta I've ever had
Since I have a genuine allergy to wheat, I'm always looking for alternatives. I've used Tinkyada pastas for many years now. They cook up well and don't fall apart like some non-wheat pasta does. The taste is not too different from something like a whole wheat pasta. I sometimes eat them with just olive oil and salt and they taste fine. Beware that you may need to stir a bit more while cooking as some of the rice pasta shapes will stick together more readily than wheat pasta. Other than that, treat them the same.

The best GF pasta around.
Excellent pasta. It’s almost like eating regular wheat pasta. None of my guests can ever tell I’m serving them gluten-free pasta, who would normally eat regular pasta like Ronzoni. Tinkyada is the only gluten-free pasta I buy now. Whenever I don’t follow that rule because “there’s a good deal” I always regret it. Why waste money on the bad stuff when you can get the good stuff?
