Although intended for tents, this waterproofer performs brilliantly on a wider range of outdoor gear. This is the concentrated version which is mixed with water at the ratio of 200ml Solarproof to 500ml water than applied to man-made fibre tents, ie not cotton and other synthetic fabrics.I used it on my campervan's elevating roof walls, rucksack, camera cases and had the best results of all on a pair of suede and fabric shoes which had previously become sodden inside and out in the lightest shower. Following spraying, the rain simply rolled off my roof walls and rucksack in beads and I can now walk through ankle high grass in heavy rain and have completely dry feet. It's one of the most versatile products I've used and it lasts. It's easy to spray, doesn't clog, dries quickly and there are no unpleasant odours. Brilliant stuff!An old North Face backpacking tent recently proved its lack of weatherproof qualities after being packed away for +10 years then brought into use immediately prior to a deluge. The following day we gave it two sprays at 6-hour intervals and following the next rainstorm, the tent was back to its almost new condition with no leaks.It is a brilliant product I would highly recommend for tents, campervan pop-top roofs and even shoes and clothing!

Easy to mix and apply with a small hand sprayer. Covers a large area well and is dry within a short time. It gazebo is fully water proof even in heavy rain.
