i put my phone wrapped inside and it cut the signal, then most work protecting your head. a bit warm by the way , only for cold days .

So, I saw a photo in the 5 star reviews that show that the hat blocks 100% with an emf reader. I was so happy as I suffer quite badly from the effects of the surrounding neighbours wifi.I was so excited to get this and thought it would be that answer to the problem. I also read of another woman experiences the wifi images in her brain at night, and she said it alleviated that.So here's what happened. I put the hat on. After a minute I started to feel swelling in my face, like all the emfs in the room were going directly to my face instead. I thought maybe I have to get used to it. So I tried it again a little while later and the same thing happened, but this time I noticed a swelling feeling in different parts of my body. Then in my brain so I was forced to take it off.So, I put it next to my bed ready to use at night.That night, I put it on whilst reading before sleeping. I felt the same pulling/expanding sensation in my face. I managed to go to sleep with it on. 20 minutes later, I woke up with nausea and a feeling like my head would explode, with intense pain all throughout my head. I took it off and instantly felt better, albeit still able to feel the emfs. It was like all the emfs went straight to my brain. But I had another theory when that happened. That perhaps any existing emfs going through the brain are then trapped in there by the hat and magnififed? Not sure.I definitely won't buy any more emf clothing after this experience, so I'm back to the drawing board.

Looks unusual but poorly fitting. In particular I don't like the way the earflaps are open flaps. For technical reasons the protection should fit to the head around the bottom of the cap. I might try to remedy this by sewing on a strip of elastic to hold the flaps to the head at the risk of making the hat look silly (except perhaps in deepest winter, but to serve in very cold weather it should be thicker and warmer). When I wrote in advance of buying the cap to ask what comprised the shielding material the sellers couldn't tell me, just that it is "shielding material" they said (presumably bought in!) So I surmised that they're not on top of the RFR technical aspects, just traders. In fact, reading the label inside the cap it says “Designed in Australia, made in China, 100% polyester, radiation shield fabric 74.6% silver fabric 24.6% polyester’ so we don’t know more about than this I suppose than it is ‘silver fabric’. I’m underwhelmed with confidence in the finished product. My RFR meter isn't working and when I get a new one I'll give the hat proper tests.

Has really helped me to fall asleep quicker and now getting a better/ deeper sleep, it was worth the money. .

A loose comfortable fit. It is good for protecting your head when standing under moderate voltage wires. But be aware of where you are. For example, supermarkets may have electric motors in some fruit and vegetable displays, the electromagnetic fields coming from below can get trapped inside the reflecting Rf cap and increase your EHS symptoms with each reflection! I like the styling it reminds me of Renaissance attire.

This is a beautiful hat, a little loose but good for fitting into my hair, looks great on, Tested it and it blocked all signal to my phone..
