I judge a company, not on how they are whilst selling goods, but their response to problems or issues. This company has been exceptional! They responded straight away to my comment about the missing shoulder strap. Kept in contact with me. And sent a shoulder strap to me within days. This is a gorgeous handbag, with lots of compartments for our 'bits and pieces'. And high quality leather too. Love it.

Have a couple of these bags. They’re really nice. Butter soft leather, very good quality. Excellent prices also. Hard to choose, they’re all gorgeous.

I love this bag. Yes you pay a little more but the quality of the leather is brilliant. The pockets are ok I can get my purse and phone plus a few other bits. Keeps closed. Overall brilliant bag.
