SUCH a great product! I desperately needed a reusable coffee cup, but I wanted one that was eco-friendly itself. This was the perfect solution. It keeps my drink hot so well, that I have to remove the lid to let it cool!! The carrying strap is also an amazing addition. When I’ve got my hands full, I can just place the strap on my wrist and carry other things in my hand. I had once instance of leaking, but it was because I had screwed on the lid incorrectly. It’s actually so leak-proof, you have to make sure to screw it on correctly or it doesn’t work right. When it is screwed on correctly, I’ve never had an issue with leaking, even when I’ve put the cup in my backpack. 12/10 product!

Very happy with this. Non-slip underneath the cup is very helpful and the cup is nice, light and easy to hold. I like that it does not leave a metal taste in my mouth like other bottles do - which was the main reason for getting it. The strap is also more handy than I had expected. My only complaint would be that the function of closing the drinking hole could be better. I press that part of the lid down but it does not seal very well. And if the mug gets knocked over it will leak most times. If that was fixed it would be the perfect cup for me.

We bought this because u said online that it could go in the microwave and was top rack safe in the dishwasher. When it arrived your inside the box info said to hand wash and prefers not to be microwaved. The flip handle we thought was a great idea as a way to plug the sipping hole, but after the first time opening it, it never snapped all the way back in. Therefore, if it tips over, it leaks all over.

When I purchased this I did not really want the handle that comes on the top....now I love it and it perfect.This is a very good cup. It feels sturdy, it is easy to clean and I can get my hand all the way inside & as I said before, I love the handle & it has been very useful. Keeps my coffee hot for a good 30 mins (probably more but that's my ride to work and then I drink it)

I have travel mugs but wanted a lighter one for some walking I do. So I thought I'd give this a try and it works great. I now keep it in the car also. I live in PX and I rarely use ice. But even in the heat of the car when it's parked, the water remains the same temperature as when it came out of the faucet. Am very happy that I bought this.

I really wanted to like this cup. After about one month of use, the rubber seal Under the lid has already popped out and is wonky when I try to put it back in. Now I can’t even use the cup, because it leaks so badly. I like the idea of the biodegradable cup, but I feel as though it could be designed a bit better, or maybe even with a snap on lid instead of a screw on lid.

I really bought this for me but suddenly my husband needed a new travel mug and Loved it...almost a year later he left it somewhere so I'm ordering another one for him as requested!

Love the premise behind the product, but it has a serious design problem. Instead of placing the aeration hole dirctly opposite the mouth opening, it's 90 degrees to the left. As I get a little past half done with my drink, it spills easily thru that hole onto ME, as I'm sure it would on you. Definitely search for a re-usable coffee cup, made of recycled materials if you can...just not this one unless you carry a change of shirt with you always.
