 First thing to know, this thing is BIG & HEAVY ! But totally worth the money 💵💵💵This chair was already put together when it was delivered, so we don’t need to assemble it at all . It just needed to be zipped up and plugged in 🔌 ,very simple , It has wheels in the back for easy pulling . The remote it’s very nice too .This massage chair loosens up the tension that builds in my body throughout the day which makes it easier to return to work for the next workday .The massage is very powerful, massages down to the bottom of your butt, crawl up to your neck & head , I have to say when massage gets to your butt it hurts a bit 😂 . The foot rollers can be intense for some people (including me 🤭) I would recommend you to wear the socks 🧦 while massage your foot🦶 .The intensity can be adjusted to your preference, I enjoyed that I can choose the massage on certain areas rather than getting a full body massage each massage. The auto function it’s for a 15mins massage , that is for full body massage from your 💆 💆‍♂️ to your 🦶 🦶, it hits all the spots that give you the deep massage you are needed .Site note :Connect to the Bluetooth, then turn on the relaxing music 🎶 🎼 🎵, it feels great 👍🏻 that listen to the music while massaging 😌🤟

It is confusing without instructions to use it. It took some time to figure out the preset functions. The airbags are extremely intense and no way to turn them off. Your knees stay bent, which I think is uncomfortable. I would like to be able to stretch my legs out. I am 5'9. Your feet are enclosed, so when the airbags squeeze your feet and calves, you are stuck! It hurt my legs and feet for days afterwards, so I wont' use that part anymore! I purchased it for my feet and neck. But I have to keep my legs and feet out of the massage area because of the painful airbags, so I am not able to use the foot massager. It massages the neck area, but it also is painful because the rollers squeeze too much as they massage, even on the less intense setting. It does do a good job massaging the entire back area. The back is what my husband needs the chair for. He loves it & sits in it daily, although he cannot use the foot/calf massager either. I wondered if I could poke a small hole in the calf/foot airbags to keep them from filling up so tight. It was easy to assemble as it comes in 1 piece. We did have to take the bedroom door off the hinges to get it through. It is very heavy.

I bought this chair as a gift to my parents and it finally arrived yesterday. The material and quality are great I really love this chair. My problem is that the remote is incredibly confusing and the manual is useless. I still haven't been able to figure out how to switch the amount of time +- for a massage, or how to connect the Bluetooth. There are no instructions for that.

 What i like about this chair is that it is compact that it fits right to end corners of my living room. Tried it a few times and my whole body feels better after. It comes with a lot of preset and i barely get to access all of it but the default one which i like.

Just got this today, so my first thoughts are wow and ahhhhhh. I have suffered with chronic back pain and spend a ton of money on therapies of all kinds. This thing has eased the deep tightness that sets in during yard work or daily activity. The remote is confusing but right as I relax I forget what a remote is. Seems like all the settings are set and you are in for a ride. Definitely love this and am trying not to overdo it on day one. I just know this is going to make my life and back much more enjoyable.

Just like most of us, I also made many observations and homework before deciding on the purchase. This model actually has many sisters or similar designs from other resellers. However, you have to be careful that you do not just purchase from the resellers, but the manufacturers. That is why I committed to this seller.These are what I like:Simple 1 button to select desire auto programSmall footprint - even when the foot rest is extended during the massagingContinuous working for 2 hours non-stop and the chair is still not stopping due to overheat or other electrical / mechanical issuesThese are the improvements needed:The remote is outdated - no backlit to see in the dark.The cable on the remote is too short.No differentiation from 1 button to the next - difficult to identify the correct button from touching in the dark.Upon initial scanning, the system may not scan very well. Some shorter person may get pressure on the back the head instead on the neck.Transition from 1 mode to the next is not smooth. I could feel the jerk on the rollers.Only 6 auto programs and no room to add more preferences.No option to upgrade / improve the functions (such as firmware / software update).No storing of custom mode - if you like certain area to massage, once you turned the system off, it is gone.Noise level is moderate. I had tried better models which are quieter and smoother.Questionable fake leatherette if it will last long.Heating mode is not extended to the foot / tight area.Hand massage is not extended to the upper arm - mostly pressing the hands only.After all, we can ask for more options or features. Yet, if you have been shopping around, you can tell if more features means more money. When I tried a brand called "BodyFriends", it has 26+ auto programming. But the price is almost touching a used 2018 Honda Civic Si.So, the bottom line is this massage chair is good enough for the budget conscious like myself. If you want more, you have to pay more. To me, this is what I am willing to pay and this is the one with the most features, nice-looking unit and warranty within my budget.

It didn’t work from day 1 and the customer service is really disappointing. And too bulky and heavy. Returned.
