Sturdy replica!
Liked the look. Wished it was a bit taller. It doesn’t stand out because of the size. Haven’t really found it’s forever spot. Still moving it about the room until it’s screams this is where it belongs. Definitely has potential!

Great for multiple applications
This is a great piece for displaying anything from candles to plants to terrariums. It can be used with either end up. I have had no flaking or chipping and it looks great however I've used it.

HEAVY & beautiful
Purchased for still life photography. It is heavy which is a good thing - it will hold flower pots as well as fragile items and not fall over. It looks old (another good thing). The bottom is rough. It has 3 rubber disks on the bottom. You may want to glue a piece of cardboard & some felt to the bottom if you are concerned about scratching a piece of furniture. Great addition to my still life props.

Cute, very very distressed, icky shipping.
The little pillar is cute, but for my intended use not perfect. But first I'll start with the packaging. The pillar arrived in small compact packaging and arrived with no damage. That said, the styrofoam it was packed in was in crumbs and all of the little bits and pieces of styrofoam were stuck to the product and inside the bottom hollow. It was a pain in the neck getting it clean and I had tiny bits of styrofoam all over my kitchen counter and floor. It would probably help to put the item in plastic and then put it in the styrofoam. It's almost as if it was wet or still sticky or something from the painting process the way the styrofoam stuck to it. I actually had to use a wet paper towel to get all of the styrofoam off. Okay, I know I went on about that, but sometimes it's the little things. The second thing I found annoying was that the day after I purchased this item, the price went down by half. Since I could purchase 2 for the price of what I paid for the first one, I initiated a return for the first one and purchased two more. Amazon charged me $9 shipping to return the first one. Had I known before I ordered the second 2, I would not have bothered. My attempts to reach seller unsuccessful. Also, in the header of the product description it says "4-piece" they need to correct that. I assumed it would not be 4 but I can see how someone might think that's what they're getting, so be forewarned. Now to the actual product, the description says it's "cream" colored. Well, I suppose at some point it was. It's very, very, very distressed looking (which I like) but it has almost a pale greenish hue to it. It looks to me like it was living in the bottom of a very dirty, algae filled pond. It's a cute little pillar, but has a dirty look to it. (like something you might sit out in your garden) rather than on a shelf in your home. A bit more distressed than I would like. Since I already purchased another two, I plan on trying to brighten up some of the exposed "cream" areas.

Love
The first one arrived broken but the seller quickly replaced. I use this to elevate a plant. It is nicely distressed and a good size. Would buy again.

NOT as advertized... only 1 for the 23.98...
Says 4 piece...yet only 1 is received. If they know about it, then why haven't they corrected it? False and misleading sales.... The piece itself seems like a faux distress and i will be painting it Black to get rid of the color and texture. Looks like crap, but will do the job once painted....as they always say, buyer beware.

It's really cool, and well made, but....
I ordered six of these, innocent of the knowledge of how it's packed. It's placed loosely, unwrapped in a box lined with styrofoam -- the kind that disintegrates into tiny beads and go everywhere. After being thrown about in a warehouse, jostling around in a delivery truck, and then thrown into your mail room, the styrofoam has been pummeled into a cloud of tiny beads that stick all over every surface of the pedestal and then colonize the interior of your house. One of them had its original box destroyed, so Amazon just threw it in a larger box with the styrofoam [who would do that?] and a little kraft paper. My Dyson will never be the same.Meanwhile, the pedestals look great holding up my coffee table. Two stars lost for environmentally-hostile packaging. Get your act together, Creative Co-Op.

Liked the Aged Texture
I liked the look & texture of this decor item which I use as a riser. In addition, it was on sale which was an added bonus. I wouldn't have purchased it at the original price point. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice Decour item
Very nice column. Slightly smaller than I expected, but is gorgeous. The only thing I can fold it for is the paint does flake off if you handle it too much. Are use mine for a plant, but also looks equally as great with a candle or on its own
