Bracket is for a TV…found a fix!
I bought the stand because it was tall. The bracket was too big and covered the hdmi and displayport holes. I thought I would be able to fix different angle extenders, but that didn’t work. (Sorry cable extender companies die for returns.) I saw how a other cut the bracket, but that was too much for me. I ended up figuring out a solution. Yay me!!!Solution: I bought the monitor stand from the same company and the monitor bracket fits the tall stand holes. It is perfect!Although it did cost me an extra $30 bucks and now I have a monitor stand base and a tv monitor bracket, but I still think it was worth it.I’m a happy customer!

Quality is great for the Price!
Combination of build quality, fit & finish and ease of assembly makes this item a no brainer. If you want a stand that looks good, doesn't take up a lot of space and wall mounting is not an option for you this does the trick. Even though the description says up to 42", I had no issues with a Samsung 43".

Good item. Very hard to put together
This product is nice but the directions are not great and there are many extra parts. Overall I like it but only now that it’s together!

Good basic TV stand
I used this stand for a TV/computer monitor for our church to stream services and events. It met our needs and helped to free up space.

easy assembly, very sturdy
I had built a monitor stand out of 2x4's and a wall monitor stand because I have my desktop next to my couch. After a move I wanted to get that again, had no idea they made monitor stands like this. I also needed pivoting which a lot of monitor stands on here don't have. Comes with every screw imaginable to mount any Monitor or TV.

This review applies to its use with a 32 inch Phillips TV
This is a heavy, sturdy accessory. However, the support plate is a lot bigger than would be required for a 32 inch TV and only two (2) of the holes lined up with the holes on the back of the TV. The plate is cut out so the other two holes are visible but don’t connect the plate. If the manufacturer had made the plate wide enough with holes to match instead of providing cutouts on both sides around those holes I’d have given this five stars. Nevertheless, I was able to compensate by buying 1 1/4 inch washers and using them under the washer provided so they overlapped with the plate. The seller provided a copious amount of bolts to fit virtually any TV, but the ones fitting my Insignia TV were short and tiny. So without the addition of the washers I bought at a big box store, the TV would have only been attached by two tiny bolts. The plate itself hooks easily onto the post. The directions are not as clear as they might be. For example, one of the last two instructions reads, "Put part No. F into the right gear and fix the TV." "Part F" is clear enough. Only by looking at the picture does it become clear that "gear" means "hole" and "right gear" is the hole above the top hooks. "Fix" means Part F when inserted covers the top of the plate, making it impossible to accidentally unhook the TV from the post after it has been hooked on. There are only five main pieces, but I didn't find them that easy to manipulate by myself (having to disassemble my work twice) but t I didn't deduct stars based on my limitations. I did deduct stars because I I had to purchase additional parts (the washers) to securely attach the 32 inch TV to the stand. Since the backplate was so large and obviously intended for a bigger TV, I even thought perhaps I'd been sent the wrong model but I checked the model number on the box and it was correct.

NOT universal, make sure you double check what you are getting, does not fit all TVs.
I put the thing together only to realize the back is not universal and even though my TV is 40inches it doesn't fit. The only advice I received was to return the thing and it's so heavy and I had already built it so... yeah... instead of listening to my request of sending me a different back mount adapter that's universal and fits the stand, and they do have those, I have another of their stands with the universal kind rather than the X one. SO make sure you measure properly bc apparently universal isn't universal and doesnt fit my Hisense 40inch 2020.

Too tall
In image in the ad gave the impression that the height could be fairly low but it isn’t. I had hoped it could be like the lowest position shown in their image but in fact the lowest is more like the tallest shown. The swivel function is a little too easy to move - dog walking too close can make it move if he hits the TV with his tail (I do have a big dog, Great Pyrenees) Apart from that it seems well made and does the job. It was easy to assemble and looks nice.

Does the job
Does the job. Pretty easy to assemble.A couple weak points are that some of the nuts and bolts that aren't supposed to be adjusted by the end user came loose. Also the glass on the bottom came warped. It's tucked under my bed so I don't really care, but a new product should look and feel new.

I only wish I could extend the monitor out further.
I bought this for a 42" monitor, and it's great. It does what it says it will do.I'm not a huge fan of a glass base, but it has what it has.My one desire would be the ability to have more articulation and ability to pull it in closer, but for obvious physics reasons that would also be dangerous, and was not something they claimed to have. All claimed features check out, it's a good buy.

Unbelievable value!
PERFECT for the trailer. Tried a projector but it’s just too bright out during the day to see anything on the screen. This stand was a great plan b. The most straight forward assembly ever, not even a half a beer job. SUPER sturdy and the TV Mount releases with a few twists of one knob for easy storage of the screen. Without the screen the stand can be left in place with no fear of it falling over. Let me put it this way, my camping trailer would be in peril of tipping over before this stand ever would without a tv on it. Personally I didn’t care for the super glossy mirrored finish of the tempered glass base, so I used that as the bottom and the more matte finish side as the top! Matches better with the metal finish of the pole.
