Mmm it's so good. The first bite always tastes a bit like a slice of dry salami of some kind. Really nice, and tasty. I eat them in thin slices several times a day. Don't buy on Amazon; Walmart sells them 3.46$ per 8 ounce block. I highly suggest you buy there instead of here.
