There is no mention if this is the ceylon ('true') cinnamon or the cacia ('regular') cinnamon. Very important. Please, which is this?

Thank you for considering HB Cinnamon. The cinnamon is from the Cassia tree often referred to as "Saigon" cinnamon....enjoy!

What is the country of origin?

Thank you for considering HB Ground Cinnamon. We import from Vietnam and further process and pack in Anaheim, CA......enjoy!!!

Does the cinnamon jar come sealed?

Yes, it has a plastic seal around the cap.

Can i use ground cinnamon in place of cinnamon sugar as a topping for my oatmeal?

Sure, but without sugar, the cinnamon could give a bitter taste to the oatmeal. If you’re trying to avoid sugar, you might want to add banana, apple sauce or an artificial sweetener with the cinnamon.
