Works great for anything.
I have 30 year old metal stock tanks which finally started to leak. I drained dried, sanded and cleaned, then applied to the small holes I had marked and no more leakes.

Came in clutch
We bought a fixer upper and to save money bought a used kitchen from someone. This included all their appliances. Their oven door had fallen off and the guy said he had tried to replace it but didnt know how because it kept coming off. It's a expensive nice stove so I still wanted it. I found this stuff from a reddit and ordered it. I put it on, slid the door cover into place and clamped it for 24 hours. It's been several months, I bake sourdough often which means ny oven internally is nearly at 400-500 degrees for 2 hours (gotta preheat the Dutch oven) and its still holding strong

Worked fantastically for a solid diff gasket
The differential seal on our van started to leak, so I did a full drain and fill. This JB gasket maker went on easily and did the job. I actually like the red color so you can see where you’ve smeared it on the metal surfaces.Just be sure to clean the surfaces well and follow the directions on the bottle. Following a month of use, the gasket has held up well and there are no leaks. I have plenty of material left in the tube for a few more jobs, but when I run out, I’ll be getting this brand again.
