This is nice but it is really lemon yellow!

I used this as trim along the bottom of a dress, but I should have washed it first. Upon washing, it shrank, and now pulls the dress bottom together in an awkward way. Have to rip it out and redo.

The 3 stars reflect more of the way it was shipped than the actual product,. I originally bought the 15 yard pack from a driftnet listing and that came nicely wrapped around piece of cardboard. This one came looking like someone just stuffed it in the shipping bag. Thankfully it was undamaged, but I had to wrap it around something myself instead of it coming nicely packaged.Regarding the quality of the product itself, the quality is what you would expect from $1/yard lace. I got the 15 yards because I needed lot of lace without spending a fortune and it worked for that project. The top layer is a pleated organza, the middle layer is the only actual lace in this trim, and the bottom is a chiffon that has a pattern cut in to it which makes it fairly easy to damage (which would be my biggest complaint about this product). I bought these 5 yards because I used up all of the original 15 and needed to replace a section that got damaged.

Received the red lace - overall it looks okay, however instead of receiving two 5 foot lengths as advertised I received one 7 foot length and one 3 foot length. I wanted two 5 foot lengths. Now I have to cut and sew to make the two lengths that I wanted. Also the packaging was terrible. The product arrived in a 7" x 7" plastic bag, so 10 yards was just jammed into the envelope and arrived in terrible condition. I haven't washed it yet to see if it shrinks, but reading another review it looks like I better before I sew this on my project.

Very pretty, multi layered

When I opened the package, it was full of liquid. Not sure what the liquid was. I am surprised that all of mail wasn't wet. The package was sealed real good to keep all of that liquid in it. I hung dried the trim and it appears fine, but what was that liquid?
