The Private Chef: The Food of Martin Price from the kitchen of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein

This was a beautiful book. It came inside a slip case, and the edges of the book are a lovely silver. I have a fascination with the Royal Family of Dubai as they seem very charitable and down to earth and it was so interesting to read the anecdotes written by the author. Forget all the dramatic news stories, it is clear from the author who actually knows the Sheikh that he is kind to his family and his servants. I am very envious of the author...what an opportunity to live, work and travel with the Royal family.The recipes are easy to follow, and I have made two of the delicious vegetable curries already. Just to note, most of the recipes are European in style, but there are also some beautiful Middle Eastern dishes too.
