I am only 5ft. 3in. and the legs seem too short so i have to pull them up constantly. I also didn't realize they were footed because they are listed as leggings. They are really fleece footed tights. Other than being too short in the leg the waist fits great and I love that it is adjustable and they are warm and comfy.
