Handy for plugging 1/2" holes
Does the job quite well. Plugged some holes that I drilled for security camera wiring. Heated up a nail to red hot and melted a hole for the cable to pass through. Then I slit from the hole through the edge to allow access to the hole for the cable.

Works fine, but overpriced for plastic!

Not quite the tightest fit
Shotty work from an incompetent contractor who installed these French doors and neglected to cover the holes. I went to Ace Hardware, Lowes and Home Depot and nobody had these plugs or hole covers so I took a chance. They fit into the hole but because they were so thin (no depth to them) they almost and sometimes fell out so I used some clear gorilla sealant around the edge and they sealed on. Looks much better and I don’t have to worry about bugs or air coming through. Well worth the money spent to make them work.

They are plastic plugs and the 1/2" is deceptive. Not a trade size. Just keep that in mind.

Clean cover for screw holes
These make a quick, neat and clean cover for screw holes when installing windows. If your working for a anal homeowner, Engineer, these are worth the money. Just add the cost to his bill and avoid gripes for using the little white colored sponges that come with the windows.

Do not fit 1/2" hole
Used drill press, cobalt bit, and measures hole with calipers to verify. These don't fit in 1/2" holes. Maybe they'd fit into 33/64" holes, more likely 17/32".Attempting to force them into 1/2" holes just destroys them.

Good value for money
My window plugs were sun-burnt and these do the job at a very affordable price.
