Hi i’m a size 4 with slight feet will the ankle support be ok for my size i’m a female thank u xxx

I bought this for my daughter who is size 5 with slim feet. She finds it easy to put on and very straightforward to adjust.

If you buy one only, how do you know which foot it fits? There is no option to chose right or left, it doesn’t look reversible or symmetrical?

You can wear it on either foot. You have to wear the Velcro side facing your foot so that you can then fasten it.

does this help with over pronation/flat feet?

I have plantar fasciitis, and my ankle hurts, it's helped a great deal with both of these. So flat feet it might help.

Yes it basically wraps around your ankle you can control which direction, how much and how tight this product is very good
