I own an RV and as RV owners know, you're always trying to find things that do double or triple duty because space is at a minimum. This has been a great (if not a little expensive) purchase for what you get. AM, FM, TV, CD, DVD, SD card playback works fine, USB playback works fine. Bluetooth playback works fine. DVD playback works fine too. As for TV tuning the included antenna is very flexible, allowing you to move the antenna further away from the unit to find the best digital TV scanning. That said, I purchased an inexpensive antenna to plug directly into the antenna jack to make it even more portable and I have to report I get more channels with the new antenna than I did the included one. And have the added benefit of it folding up behind the unit just as the built in AM/FM antenna. Here's a link to the antenna. I strongly recommend this hack as again it makes the unit more portable, particularly when you're running on C batteries. Totally all-in-one solution with dual built-in antennas. $200, the price I bought it at seems a little stiff as you can get a portable DVD player with screen, portable TV with screen and portable radio for maybe half what you spend on this unit, but again I have no regrets. Nice video for dvd movies looks crisp...tv tuner sucks with the antenna tv channels dont work hope they have a better antenna or direct me to a antenna that works

This is the perfect emergency entertainment product since it runs on batteries. I had one once before and was delighted to find it still available. All the other portable DVD players were useless in extended blackouts and didn’t have the options of radio etc.

This is a replacement for one that was sheer disappointment! I gave up expecting the TV portion to work on battery, but found with the change in perspective, I really could use it, I find it great! It is plugged in in my kitchen, so if I need or choose to be there, I can watch TV, a DVD, or listen to the radio if I like.

The TV doesn't work. It finds the strongest station then says that there is no signal.Yes I have the antenna plugged in.It responds as though the TV was analogue not digital.
