my son loves space and this was a very nice surprise for him. the product is fantastic. the way the "dust" swirls around looks like clouds on mars. its so thick when swirling you can't see the two astronauts but it settles fairly quickly. its heavy. there is a warning on the bottom of it that it can't be placed in sunlight as it will cause a fire. but its in his room far away from sunlight so not an issue. hope they produce other planets. would definitely buy future products from this company

I have a tradition of buying my daughter a snow globe every year. She dreams of being the first woman on Mars and she ABSOLUTELY loves it. The dust colors are gorgeous and it’s at least as good as the pictures in the listing, if not better. The quality is pretty great and delightful to shake up and literally watch the dust settle.

I ordered this as a gift for my grandson who is 10. He was absolutely delighted with it and immediately said he was going to put it on his desk. Then he dropped it in the driveway going home & it broke....should have been placed back in the box, I guess. Accidents happen. I immediately ordered another one as it was one of his favorite xmas gifts. I noticed the 2nd one had more swirling sand than the first one, which made it even more beautiful. I highly recommend this gift and the store it was purchased from.

It’s realistic, too. So like definitely buy it. My dad is super into space and couldn’t get over the fact that the ‘storm’ or the snow globe part where the sand spins around the globe is realistic! It lasts forever and is thick and barely see through for a while.

Gave as a gift for a birthday to a six year old - it was a hit. The adults played with it more than the kid.

I Loved it. Not much more functional than a paperweight but it is very cool and creative and I love having it as a decoration.

Really liked it at first. However, after about a year, an expanding air bubble developed inside the globe. There was no noticeable leak or moisture on the desktop where it was displayed. It was not near sunlight, and was handled with care. I eventually threw it away. Very disappointing.

I like it, but its supposed to be a gift. Can't give it to him like this. Its also short in the red dust, so my son says its not good enough for Dad.Hey Amazon? If its going to rain leave it on the side porch, not at the step where both boxes were soaked through.
