This unit puts out a TON of mist compared to any other I've had over the years. I posted a comparison videos to two other recent diffuser purchases. I like the fact that this unit can be used as a humidifier in my bedroom during winter. I'm buying a second for this purpose. I have a huge open living/dining/kitchen area and this unit takes care of it. It does require alot of oil. 20-30 drops (22drops of YL thieves is smelling good right now) depending on the oil but it lasts all day which is no different than refilling a small unit 2 or 3 times a day. But I use alot of oil anyway bc I am using these, not only for therapeutic reasons, but to replace my candle addiction with a healthier alternative.

I had ordered a couple of other larger diffusers and they did not compare. This by far puts out tons of mist (my family calls it a volcano). I compared two units and the other hardly put out any compared to this unit (and it still put out more air). It is very quiet and easy to use. Would recommend.It is a quiet unit have been using it for about 2 weeks and still has an amazing amount of mist on highWOULD RECOMMEND THIS DIFFUSER.update: have been using for about 3 months and it still has high mist and is extremely quiet!

This is a preliminary review as I just opened the package. However, right off the bat, there is no instruction booklet, no measuring cup, and no cleaning brush. The only reason I know those items should be in there is because I was looking for online instructions and came across an "unboxing." video of the same product. Not sure if i received a returned item or what but there is some residuals in the bottom of the basin as well. I'm thinking i may have received a returned item that was never quality checked.Anyhow, I've been wanting to get a diffuser for a while and saw the great reviews on this one. That, along with the fact that I have more money than time (though not much of either), I'm going to forgo returning it; at least for now . I sure hope Victsing's functionality QA is better than their packaging QA.I'll update in a week or so...Update 3-6-2018So I used the Victsing 500ml I received almost as soon as I got it and it functioned just fine. I have been using it at least 2-3 times a week since I received it.More interestingly, my review was read by a staff member at Victsing. I received an email a couple days after my initial review from their customer support. In the email they said that a mistake must've been made. I imagine Amazon may have mishandled a returned item. Anyhow, they (Victsing) also said would ship a new 500ml diffuser (identical to my order). It also stated that I would not need to return the original purchase.I was/am pretty impressed with Victsing's proactive customer support. 4 days ago, on 3-1, I received a BRAND NEW Diffuser with documentation, measuring cup, and cleaning brush. I now have a diffuser for my living room and for the bedroom and both seem to work great!I am very satisfied with the product and more than satisfied with their customer service. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone reading this. I am upgrading my initial rating from 2 to 5 stars. If any issues should arise with my products, I will update here again.

Purchased 2of these items because they state they are 500ml units although they hold 500ml of water they only work if you put 400ml in themThere is a full mark where you add water but it’s at 400ml if you add 500ml it almost spills out and the unit will not work. Love the item just feel like they are misrepresenting this unit to help sales. The description states 500ml but it will not work if you put more than 400ml in

Just okay, not great. I wanted a diffuser for the home bedroom, the air gets dry in the winter. I used this 500ml model at night time for a few days and noticed that my ears were ringing in the morning as though I had been to a loud music concert all night, The only thing I could think of is that it was emitting some type of high frequency...very strange. I experimented and left it off for a few days, and no ear ringing. I then turned it on again and sure enough I could hear the ringing. I ended up returning the 500ml model and purchased the VicTsing 300ml Essential Oil Diffuser version and that thing has ran 3+ hours/night for the last 4 months flawlessly. Really great diffuser! It’s my first one, but I have no complaints. I only have to refill it once a day and the lights are nice and mild if I have it on at night. It looks nice on the nightstand and feels like it was well made. Great value for the cost!

This is so cool! It also seems to work really well. I used it last night in my bedroom for the first time and it helped me sleep (winter is way too dry where I live). The light can be turned off so it's easy to sleep with it running. Also, it's really beautiful. Be careful taking it out of the package because the top and bottom are not connected. When I took it out of the package they separated and the bottom of the unit fell to the floor. It didn't seem to damage it at all though, thank goodness.

I received the product sooner than expected which was great as I was very excited to use my first ever electric oil diffuser. It worked perfectly at first try and hoping it will last for a long time. There were so many electric diffusers in the market and after reading reviews and watching review videos, I've decided to purchase this product. I'm convinced I've made the right choice. It's decorative, and big, but very quiet. As soon as it started misting, my 4yo daughter said it looks like a volcano. With few drops of my essential oils, the fragrance filled the bedroom within seconds.I would have given it 5 stars, but the product came without the measuring cup and without the cleaning brush. It's not really a big deal as I can easily find substitutes which are things that are already here in the house, but with the price I paid, I would have appreciated it if it came as a complete set as advertised. Also, when I checked the tank, there seemed to have dried circular patches at the bottom which I one woud probably imagine as oil residue. I don't want to think this product is already a used, but it crosses my mind. With the pandemic and quarantine imposed in my side of the world, I would rather keep the product than demand for an exchange. Anyway, it's working perfectly.
