I've been looking for ways to have fresh tasting water without the hassle of having to fill up jug by jug or the price tag and inconvenience of carrying the bottles from store. This is a great product. I'd happily pay 4x what this costed. It's so convenient, so easy to use and install, and you can taste the difference immediately. I'm using filter water now for teas, coffee, squashes and to fill my dogs bowl. It's so great. I'm drinking a lot more water now since I don't have to wash jug, fill jug, wait for water to drop, fill the second half... It's a great buy. The only issue I thought I would have was the bulkiness of the fitting, since my sink isn't very big. But it's not an issue at all really. I super recommend. And if you have ADHD, trust me, it solves half your troubles with regards to always forgetting or not being bothered to drink water. It's great! I'd give it 10 stars.

The switch between the filtered water and tap water works really well. Filter works amazingly. Fitting is good

ok so this product is priced at £20 with 1 x filter which is amazing.Works well, easy to use, water tastes great.I don’t think i use excessive water, leaving it running unnecessarily etc and i’m at work during the day.However, each filter only last on average 5-6 weeks.At this point the water tastes horrible again and a new filter is needed.For 3 replacement filters it cost approx £30.Before buying it’s worth comparing replacement filter costs so you get an overall picture of how much it’s going to cost you per month.In my opinion i would shop around

Effortless installation process.

Genuine and frustrated review. It worked well for the first 2-3 weeks and now is completely useless as you can see huge lime scales in the kettle (bear in mind I accidentally rinsed the kettle before taking a pic and still had these chunks left off). These companies are here just to nick money off customers!

The media could not be loaded. I couldn't open the aerator at first but found out that I turned the wrong side. It took me some time to figure how to assemble the whole thing onto the tap but it is perfect once it's done. I can immediately see the difference after boiling the water. Before it was cloudy and had a lot of limescale in it. It tasted horrible. After using the filtered water, it is much clearer after boiling. It would be nice if there is a link to videos in the instructions to teach you how to assemble it as words and pictures sometimes are not enough.

Works but tap connectors leak
