If you get stumped on an area you can skip it & come back later to complete. The online help & suggestions are very useful. I've got a decent size estate with property, multiple investment accounts, a couple of kids & 4 grandkids, plus my lovely lady & I want everyone to get what I want each to have when I kick the bucket, now how the prostate court wants to divvy things up & I will have this completely set up within the next 2 weeks using this great program! Oh yeah, I'll be saving THOUSANDS of dollars not paying a lawyer to do it, probably using templates or software they've bought online! Website chat was no help and I am beyond the return window. Update - I was able to contact support, and they provided a download link for the software.
