Recently bought this to support my plantar fasciitis which had gotten worse this year. I bought it as was travelling to the USA for a few weeks and needed the support and relief for my foot as I knew I would be doing alot of walking. I’ve bought other brands before but found issues with the tape not staying put! However not only does the support made a huge difference for the relief of my symptoms but the tape stayed on for over 5 days despite plenty of pool activities. My uncle in Florida also had the same issue and luckily I brought my roll of tape with me. I used it on his heel and arch and he was so impressed I had to leave him my roll of tape . Definitely a fab product and really does support the arch and heel. I’m almost pain free now and whilst I didn’t expect a magic cure , it’s really made a huge difference with the amount of pain I was having and the relief I now have. Couldn’t recommend anymore. The instructions sent after purchase was really helpful in explaining how to apply the tape to ensure it sticks. Had to buy a second roll last weekend since I left my previous one with uncle.

Great that several colours are available, my 10 year old daughter requested pink! It is good tape, soft to the touch, helps to support and stabilise the joints and works well for children, so does the job performance wise, however, the tape does come unstuck in places around the knees and so the edges can roll up. I may try a stronger tape next time, but ultimately it does the job. Advised to remove with water or oil.

Would highly recommend, gives me good support on my knees. Stickiness is amazing. Lasts a good time. Doesn't roll or bunch throughout the day.Love the colour. Would definitely buy again.

Came on time. Serves its purpose. Good quality. My partner uses it when he is playing basketball and his ankle feels well supported.

I use KT tape on my knee as it comes out of joint when i walk. The tape does help and reduces the pain. I have tried various brands over the years:Good- i like that there is a green tape. Hard to find green. I was expecting the colour to be darker, its more of a lime green but its fine.Bad- the adhesive doesnt last long. Only lasts a few hours. Peels if it gets wet. If i put it on before i go to bed, its half off by morning.-stings more when you remove the tape compared to other brands.Ugly- my knee was feeling tingly with the tape on but couldnt see any irritation. Put a small strip on my arm so i could get a better look and its come up red and raw looking. Tape was on for 3 hours. And the sore redness is still there 24hrs later.The black tape left a small red mark but green left a large mark.Beware if you have sensitive skin

Great!! Price is really good.This tape is really sticky and strong. It stayed on all day without peeling (I also rounded the edges and made sure it had stuck on skin rather than to itself).It’s strong and when it comes to taking it off it can get a tiny bit painful. However, I’m using it to tape up knee injuries so I can manage a little sting.Supported my knee and great value for money.

Used the tape to alleviate a recurring calf injury. Useful instructions on how to apply it were provided by Titanium Sports, enabling successful training sessions without further injury, and the tape remaining in place for the duration, unlike other brands I've previously used.
