I first got a sample of this hot chocolate in a book box. I was obsessed from the start. I don’t drink coffee but I am all about tea and hot chocolate. This one tastes amazing and is truly a dark hot chocolate!

I love this product, will order other flavors.Only downside: expensive and I wish it came with slightly more product for the cost. However, I do love it.

This isn’t that bad it took us a while to get the screw and lid off my gosh that was on their tight. We had to use a tool to get it off, but it’s not bad. There is a slight aftertaste. I have a quite figured out what it is yet, but otherwise it’s not bad.

This product was defective !The screw on lid did not even screw on … it was taped on and sent to me this way !Unbelievable….. chocolate over inside of shipping box… and it is not returnable through Amazon !! I never complain… but this was just a mess !Zero stars on this product

This is honestly the best hot cocoa I've ever tasted - and I'm picky! I've grown very tired of the artificial tasting hot cocoas. Also, I'm not very fond of hot cocoa that tastes really milky. I wanted something that tastes like liquid chocolate. I'm a chocolate addict. I could eat/drink it all day. This hot cocoa is perfect. It tastes absolutely heavenly. You can prepare it in a matter of seconds and serve it with marshmallows for an extra treat. My fiance enjoyed it too. He's not as big of a chocolate fan as I am, and he even said that it was amazing. It has such a deep, rich chocolate flavor that is not overshadowed by sugar or milk. It doesn't necessarily taste that dark to me, but I don't like my chocolate really dark anyway, so it was ideal for my preferences.The packaging is nothing short of magical. Absolutely adorable, and it makes for a wonderful gift. I'm going to buy more to hand out as Christmas gifts. The tin makes it look so luxurious and the design on the front is just as whimsical as the taste of the cocoa itself!

This is so creamy and smooth and absolutely delicious! I bought it as a treat for myself since my kids are not fans of mint and I thought it would keep them away. But my 4 yr old daughter took a sip and then kept stealing my cup away to drink it.

This hot chocolate is one of my pantry staples since 2014. The price HAS NEVER changed, which I find refreshing and a bit impressive...although maybe I just always re-order around the same time each year and so the price when I order is the same, who knows. But, back on track, the Mayan Hot chocolate is is great product, but as far as chocolate goes it's a bit soft and lightweight - it's hard to describe, but it almost seems as if there is already powdered milk mixed in when you look at the chocolate, even though the packaging does not list it - but I guess depending on your milk to cocoa ratio, your chocolate flavor could be more pronounced or not. I find it to be mellow and soothing, and excellent before bedtime, but if you prefer a strong chocolate note, then this will not be right for you, and I would recommend you try something like Max Brenner Chocolates for that strong chocolate punch; Max Brenner for the daytime, and Moonstruck at night :)
