We Could All Use a LOT More Gratitude!!
I already had an informal gratitude practice going, but having felt kind of negative for a while (due, no doubt, to our endless weeks of absolutely no sunny weather here in Grand Rapids), so I picked this up to kind of give me a little kick in the right direction, as a Christmas gift to myself.Actually, someone who starts a gratitude practice isn't benefiting just themselves - everyone around them benefits, and your whole life will change. The motto, "You already have all you need to be happy" is the absolute truth, no matter where you are in life.This journal challenges you to find new ways to develop a solid gratitude habit for the rest of your life, and I love that they have drawn from science, philosophy, teachings and who knows what else to develop this wonderful book, because gratitude isn't a practice that only affects one part of your life - it affects the entire person from the inside out and changes the way you look at life.This book is well laid out, every day so far has been interesting and challenging, both for expressing gratitude towards yourself and everyone else. And every 5-minute "gratitude session" hooks you with something you can do the next day to deepen those feelings and manifest them in different ways. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be that there's not enough room on some of the pages to express what I want to say - but I have always been excessively wordy anyway! I am sure this was done on purpose - the book is meant to be devoured in five or ten minute bites, and it's not really meant to be a journal. And it's very clear, concise, and easy to read quickly.Get this book - you will be amazed at how it will change your way of looking at life! If there are several things on my top 10 list of things we need more of in this world, love, kindness, and gratitude would be the top three for me. It's so easy to be grateful, but too few people practice it: it's all about "me, me, me" and "more, more, more" these days.

So close to perfect
Let me start by saying I DO like this journal, and will do the entire 66 days. However, I wish it were a little more fleshed out with free-text pages to journal thoughts or specific things that day. I love the prompts and challenges, but hate the idea of having to need a second book to free write.

Surprisingly effective
It’s obviously up to you to actually do the prompts, but it’s pretty doable and the structure of the journal is really helpful. Overall I found it surprisingly effective and went a lot further than just “list three things your thankful for”

Best gratitude journal!
What I like about this journal is that it provides different prompts for each day and suggests small gratitude actions to take. It seems much more transformative than a journal that just has you list things you are grateful for, as you start to think about gratitude from different aspects of life and practice expressing it.

The Gratitude Sidekick Journal really is like a close companion, helping support your growth and feel that little bit more grateful.I'm really enjoying all the content. It varies throughout the 66 day process, which I like because it keeps me conscious, deep in thought and ensures that I don't just end up writing similar things each day. I specifically enjoy reading all the extra content on the left hand page, ranging from affirmations, food for thought and pro tips. I also find the mini gratitude actions really useful because they are all practical things that make you feel more grateful and some of which are out of my comfort zone (which is also great).

Useful journal for making gratitude a habit.
Have only being using the journal for a week now, but am already getting a lot out of it. Love the gratitude prompts and daily insights/tips. The illustrations are really cute too. Highly recommend.

Want a way to knock those daily negatives out of your head? This journal is brilliant! It has the ability to motivate you daily and with a range of different focal points each day, it doesn't get tedious or boring. I highly recommend this for yourself or as a gift for someone else. Will not disappoint. Definitely worth the money.
