I bought this last year despite some bad reviews of the metal not standing up to wind. I bought some rebar to fortify the pieces, just in case. We had a couple rather windy days last Christmas season and they stood up just fine. This year I bought the wisemen and fortified them too. $199 is a lot of money for each set but they are fabulous pieces that Gould last for years if taken care of properly. I plan to get the shepherds next year and the stable frame the following year.

We just received and assembled this nativity decoration for our front yard. We were pleased at how well made and strong it appears to be, and we love the detailed design. Mary and Joseph look Jewish, too, as they should (Baby Jesus is a red head but then some Jewish people in the Bible had red hair so that's OK). I'm pointing this out in case you are interested in authenticity in your nativity display. We cannot yet say how well it will hold up, but it appears to be very sturdy. It looked complicated to put together at first (we are not mechanically minded) but we read the instructions closely and it all went together well. All the metal parts fit smoothly. No issues at all and we are pleased with this purchase and are considering buying the matching pieces. We love that this will store flat during the year as our house is small.

January 2023 Update. - while putting away the set one of the tabs that holds the support rod came off. See pictures of Mary, front view and back view. The little tab that holds the support rod came off…i think it was lightly spot welded. I used Gorilla glue to re-attach it. We’ll see next season if it holds upInitially i was a little disappointed as i was hoping to have a simple assembly process and the material was a lot thinner than i expected. The assembly instructions were not easy, though i figured it out on my own, it was a little more efffort than i wanted but got it done, and at first visually it looked a little weird.But i put it together fine, got it in my yard fine and it really looks great!I will say i need to mark it up and take notes on disassembly so i can more easily assemble again next year.Again it looks great!

I think the Nativity is lovely. I was a little confused at first as I read the instructions, but it really was easy to put together. It seems like every year that we decorate along comes a huge rain or wind storm. Well like clockwork they forecasted WIND. My husband had four rebars that were exactly the size we needed. He pounded them into the ground and zip tied them to each piece. It was a Godwink moment. My husband had a brilliant idea! We got 50 to 60 mile an hour wind and they all remained standing. I love them!

This is a pretty product but not worth the money. We had some moderate wind and both Angel ground stakes bent until the Angel was face down on the ground. I was able to straighten them back out from the L shape with a rubber mallet but once bent, the material is obviously compromised. Being I've only had them out for 2-weeks, doesn't hold much promise for the season or future years for the cost.

Received order in a timely manner. Fairly easy to assemble with a second person. Beautiful graphics. Withstood a rainstorm that blew in. Very happy with my purchase. Durability is based on the storm...hopefully, the graphics and metal will stand the test of time.

Beautiful graphics, but very flimsy sheet metal. The rear support rods are two pieces that screw together. The threads are done so poorly they come apart in even the mildest breeze. Definitely NOT worth the money!
