Very Convenient
As described, it's low sodium, made with organic noodles, and contains no MSG, which are obvious plusses. It's inexpensive, convenient, and tasty, but by no means a complete meal in and of itself. Therefore, near the end of the cooking time, I always add chopped veggies (whatever I have on hand), herbs and spices, and a can of tuna. It's very handy for a quick meal on a busy day. Pro tip: add the spice packet to the water before boiling; it keeps you from having to hold a tiny packet of water-absorbent powder over a pot of boiling water, which leaves some of the powder stuck to the packet and your fingers.

One of the best organic ramen noodles that you can buy!
This is probably one of the healthiest ramen noodles that you can buy. Very surprised that people think the crappy top ramen noodles are better than this- simply not true. In terms of the flavor packet, you always want to discard that. The flavor packet from this product and the flavor packets from top ramen are all EXTREMELY bad for you. With these ramen noodles you can make the best ramen every time and I will tell you how! First saute a clove of garlic (I use pre minced garlic which is about 1/2 of a tsp) in avocado oil. Add black pepper, onion power, 1/4 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tblsp of reduced sodium soy sauce (I use the one from Trader Joe's), some red pepper flakes, and I also use an Asian style spice that consists of ginger, garlic, salt and pepper (has some other stuff, but those are the main ingredients. Saute everything together on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then add either two cups of organic low sodium beef broth or 2 cups of organic low sodium chicken broth. Add a handful of coleslaw (chopped carrots and cabbage or you can use broccoli slaw) with no dressing and add some spinach (I use organic frozen spinach. Once it starts boiling, add your noodles and cook it for 4 minutes. When its done I add freshly chopped green onions and sometimes I had a hard-boiled egg that has been cut in half. If you follow this you will have bomb ramen every time that is minimally processed.

Pretty bland but good nutrition values
This tastes too bland. However, the fact that it's low on saturated fats is what makes this a great option for me. If they find a way to give it more flavor without too much sodium, then it would be a clear 5 stars.

Not flavorful
If you use your own broth these are fine. The noodles themselves are tasty and cook up nicely. The seasoning package is a joke. You will be eating slightly seasoned mostly salty water noodles if you do not use a rich and flavorful broth.

Oh boy! More KOYO Asian Veggie Soup
Can’t get enough of this soup! I use it as a base and add sliced mushrooms, carrots, green onions and Japanese red peppers! Yummy! Hard to find anywhere but Amazon. Thank you

Worst ever.
Ordered this product with low expectations and they managed to still miss them. I cooked 2 packs and noticed while the noodles got soft they stayed the same color. The noodles tasted stale like I was eating them dry and the broth was meh. I checked the packaging and noticed the best by date is 11/7/23 (pic added). Seller is unloading short-dated products.

A reduced sodium option!
I miss my Ramen noodle soup of earlier days—had to give it up due to high salt content. This is a great, and tasty option. It is not as salty, and it makes you realize that all the “flavor” in regular Ramen soups is really just salt… The seasoning packet is a nice light balance to the noodles. I added some leftover shredded grilled chicken, sautéd onions and peppers (that I keep on hand to add to things), a little bit of sesame oil, parsley and fresh ground black pepper, and it was yummy! Perfect noodles— they cook up so nice and chewy. Package size is perfect for one portion/person. So glad to have one of my favorite comfort foods back in my life, Ramen noodle soup!

🤔who tasted this and said, yep...this the one!
Lets just say, I wont need Ramens Anonymous anymore: this was a huge let down. I only gave it two stars because I was able to add seasonings to it and make it edible. I bought it because its low sodium, because my friend keeps yapping in my ear about my ramen habit and it's "too much salt" well, now I've just wasted money. You tell me what's worse, high blood pressure or low money 🙄 thanks but no thanks
