I love it,I have a nice long thick beard and it's perfect,I only gave it a low score for packaging because there's to much of it,but as a gift the packaging works,but not as a day to day buy. The scent is great,the oil not to greasy,the facewash is beautiful,and balm perfick

This is the second LOreal Barbers set I have reviewed and the products are very good. The set contains a hair/face/beard wash with a pump handle. A hair/beard styling cream and a beard/skin oil. All products have a nice scent. Each product is rich, so a little goes a long way. I do not have a beard, but use the wash on my hair, the cream for styling my hair and the skin oil whilst shaving. The hair product does not seem to strip my hair and it leaves it clean and supple. The hair cream helps style, without a greasy look. The oil is great as a pre-shave oil I use underneath a shaving gel. This acts as a barrier on very sensitive skin and ensures a better shave. Simply put, these are good products at a reasonable price. I am happy to recommend them.

This is a great set for beard owners! Excellent products for keeping your facial hair soft, well managed and beautifully scented! The cedarwood scent is very pleasant and masculine and the conditioners will leave your beard feeling very soft and pleasant to the touch. A very good deal for under £20.

I rarely give a 5 star rating to gift packs like this as they usually contain an indifferent combination of items offering terrible value for money. This is a well chosen set of products which do a reasonable job as described and fit together perfectly. It actually makes a decent present for someone with a beard - especially a full beard which takes more styling and managing - and the price isn't horrendous for what you get .

I gave this set to a more facially hirsute friend and he is very pleased with the items. The wash comes in a smart brown bottle and is good for his beard (and the rest of him!), leaving it feeling clean and a fresh with a slight but not overpowering woody odour. He likes the oil as it adds a touch of softness but will save that for special occasions, ditto the cream as he’s not big into shaping his whiskers yet! The only downside was the rather flimsy presentation box which turned up crumpled so wouldn’t have made a great gift but otherwise all good.
