Make sure to order the correct height of mattress & bed
The site does not list any measurements such as the legs and bed frame. The lowest setting for the legs is 6" and the total height from floor to top of bed frame is about 14"! Ordering a 14" plush mattress brings the total to 28". If you are short like I am, 5'3", this height is a problem. i literally have to crawl into the bed. This alone makes for a very unpleasant experience. I had to contact Sleep Geezk and order the 3" legs but could not do anything about the mattress without paying for a $100-$115 shipping fee. While there were 3 sizes provided, the 10" is firm and the 12" medium while the 14" is plush. Since I didn't want firm or medium, I ordered the Plush which by the way is firm. I ordered the 3" legs, changed them out and it is tolerable now. And it would have been nice to have that option in the site. I would have been happier with a 10" plush mattress. Also the bed is quite heavy and difficult for husband and wife or 2 people not so strong to maneuver the beds into the bedroom (we got 2 twins. Can't imagine moving a Queen or King) So should have strong people on hand when bed is delivered. We also had to order casters (which is also not noted on the site) through Leggett & Platt when the bed arrived. THey have the correct casters for the Prodigy. The ones on Amazon are not the correct size which we had to return.The adjustable bed is great and everything mentioned is lovely to have. The charging ports are nice. While I choose this brand mainly for the wall hugging feature, it really does not work when the total height is 28". When the bed is raised, the night stand is below the bed and so not very usable. All in all it was not a easy or smooth process having to go through Sleep Geezk for shorter legs and Leggett & Platt for casters. The casters really help is you plan on moving the bed around to change sheets, etc.
