This sturdy roaster is just the right weight and feel, I roasted a 20 pound turkey (stuffed). From the oven to the stove top to make gravy it did very well. Cleaned up easy, I did give it a spray of avocado oil prior to using it.

No need to spend extra money on a pan with a prestigious name. This baking pan is awesome. I was worried this pan would be light weight and flimsy. I was very pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and heavy it is. The construction and size of the handles makes it easy to lift in and out of the oven even with the heaviest of contents.

We loved this pan during the holidays. We cooked out turkey on it and a ham, it worked great. Easy to clean, good quality stainless steel, and nothing stuck to it. We LOVE this pan and can’t wait to use it for future holiday gatherings.

The pan is easy to clean and not as heavy as some roasting pans. I used it to roast Christmas eve prime rib and the size and removable rack made it easy to use the pan drippings.

I didn't buy this to make turkeys, but rather to make lasagna, so I haven't used the racks. I bought this specifically to make lasagna and I will tell you why and what I like about it. First, the size. I can make a large pan of lasagna and I like to make a thicker lasagna. Most lasagna pan's sidewalls are about 2.5 inches in height. This one is about 4 inches, so I can easily put multiple layers of cheesy, saucy, meaty, goodness in it. I also like that the bottom is completely flat (some have ridges and indentations) which makes serving slightly easier. Also, this is not a non-stick pan...which is a good thing. For lasagna, I like browning of the edges and some on the bottom, and this pan delivers on that. A non-stick pan would not. I terms of quality, This is a good, medium weight pan (although still very sturdy), which is easy to handle, and more importantly, transfers heat well and bakes well. I don't like heavier pans or flimsy pans from a cooking and handling standpoint...so this one is just right. I would certainly recommend it. It can probably cook a turkey okay too, once a year. :)

Stainless steel pan is of good quality and durable. Cleaned up well and was easy to clean with soaking and a sponge. Looks new again!
