It seems the book's main purpose when written was to sell the author's online tax school and tax prep software. I bought the book to learn from the book, not to see ads on online tax schools and tax preparation software (which is sold separately).

The book is really basic and the information is minimal. The book is also formatted horribly. It's almost as if he typed the book in word and printed it out himself. All in all the information is okay.

Enjoyed this read & feel it is definitely a beginning in my tax prep journey. A simplistic but easily understood approach...just what I like
