Loved the look on the tree. Reminded me of my childhood Christmases.

Got these due to there color type and package size. They're LONG. They worked great. Just pricey for some plastic strands.

A lot for your money. It not the easiest to put on the tree as it kind of sticks together, however if you do small pieces at a time it looks great!

You have to cut the strands in half, but that's not a big deal. They didn't seem as shiney as I remembered from when I was a kid. (I might be misremembering.) I will say, they greatly enhance the beauty of the Xmas tree. Even though, I had put shiney garlands on, the tinsel really dressed up the tree. I hadn't used tinsel, since back in the '60s. Now I will always, always finish with tinsel, no matter how much else is already on the tree. It dresses the tree up that much and gives it that traditional, special something - even if you don't put a whole lot on. I put about 3 strands on together at each spot where I applied it. (I had gone online reading and viewing instructions on how to best apply tinsel. Not helpful. Too complicated.) It got much easier as I went along. For top, small branches, I cut some strands shorter. Removing them after Jan. 1 went very quickly. The leftovers in the box will surely last me a few years. I'm so glad I ordered it.

I wanted the old fashioned icicle tinsel experience. These are pretty; the iridescent color very nice!Ok, I apparently didn't read the description word for word, because the strands are all attached together like for hanging down off a shelf. I thought they were all individual strands. My fault for being in a hurry.Realizing what they were, I was OK with that as it said they can be easily pulled apart. Well, no, they can't. They stretch and pull apart unevenly so they look awful on one end. Must resort to cutting them off the band. It works but takes time.If hanging as a banner, this will work for you. Otherwise, go for a less expensive option.

I am so crazy in love with this tinsel strand! It is made up of thin, extremely sheer translucent iridescent strands. It has almost a magical quality to it when individual strands are on the tree. The strands are completely invisible from certain angles and that provides this magical rainbow like sparkle. Also, the tinsel projects beautiful faint rainbow spots of light around the room during certain times of day. My cat thinks this is really fun, because the spots move when the heater blows on the tree. I love this product most of all as garland however. originally I only had 1 of these strands, so I cut the length of each strand in half and used the loose half as the tinsel on my tree. (The photo shows the strand already cut to half length).

I love anything iridescent. Used this on my fun colorful tree. Pictures don't do it justice

Apparently you have to read the description for Christmas tree tinsel rather than assuming that the 2000 strands were not attached at top. No where on the package did it say they were attached and when I tried taking a few at time off the cardboard at the beginning, and making a complete mess, did I see they were attached from the other side of cardboard. The strands are pretty but way too pricey for the mess that was made.

It wasn’t what l expected at all and the price was way off just to much !
