Semi easy to take, I don't always know when I am going to eat so I don't follow the 20-30 minutes before a meal 100% of the time but do feel adding this supplement to my diet and exercise regimen absolutely helped. Don't see where the rest of the claims (aids in eyesight, depression, ect...) are accurate.

So far all good. Pills are small and easy to swallow.

This is an important supplement I think it does several things in a positive way to your body and one of them is with the storage of your fat. I do think this is a valuable product to help

Does not smell of saffron and when I opened a capsule and tasted the powder, it did not taste of saffron. I do not know what that means, but I would have expected a scent/taste of saffron. I will continue to take this supplement and update this review if I notice and mood-enhancing effects.

I have been using saffron for awhile now, more for the stress. Nothing. I do like that I had no side effects or issues with my other medications but there was no difference. I use a different saffron and there's a noticeable difference, with this, there was not.

I take this supplement as a preventive, as suggested by my opthalmologist .In view of the cost of saffron, this product is a real value. It is part of my daily regimen.

Capsules in a little bit but once the water whatever a liquid you’re drinking it with touches it it goes down your throat easy gives me a lot of energy

I'd heard that saffron worth more per ounce than gold. If that's the case, we should be hearing about the saffron garden rush---people planting saffron like there's no tomorrow and selling it for big bucks. It makes for a nice headline, so I did a little bit of digging (not much), and there's a guy growing and selling saffron in the UK and selling it for more than the price of gold per ounce, but there are others that you can get saffron from for less. There are really very few that seem to make a noticeable difference. I just didn't see that with this saffron supplement. That doesn't mean it can't work, I just didn't notice a difference in mood. Ashwagandha seems to be more effective, but your mileage may vary or as they say YMMV. So, giving this four stars as there was nothing adverse. It says it's made in the USA, and it could be one of those supplements that just works behind the scenes helping your body out, but this is one that we probably won't come back and get more.
