Got this replacement battery which is far less costly than getting a replacement cellular unit.There was no shipping charge attached to it, which was even better. Upon arrival the batterywas charged at 65 percent, and in less than one hour was fully charged. I knew that my oldbattery was reaching it's life, when placed on a flat surface and spun around when manipulated. A sales technician told be years ago that once a lithium battery was spinning around rather thanstaying flat was indicating it was time to get an entirely new cellular telephone. Thanks to Amazon the replacement battery is only item needing replacement. Value, quality, timely arrival are all factors needed to rate this unit.

My husband has an old flip phone that meets his needs to a T.It went dead and could not accept charges and the battery was recommended by TMobile.I purchased it online and it was easy to install and the phone worked like a charm once the signal was resent by TMobile. A 10 dollar solution to what was a big problem for us. Thanks Alcatel.

This was to replace the battery in my 95 year old mother's jitterbug phone. Thought I was ordering the exact battery as I got all the information off the old battery. It was smaller than the original and we used some folded up paper to make it fit. If it's not the same, don't sell it as a replacement!

Longevity? How can you make a judgement call on a battery you just received? Maybe longevity should not be part of the review choices?”But my old one lasted a long time.So far this new one is working just fine!

The battery I received is already 2 years old. There is a numerical code printed on it. The first two numbers indicate the year of manufacture. Mine is 2019. This type battery has a shelf life of 2 - 3 years. Beware!

Unfortunately the battery was dead; we took it to an AT&T store and it "tested" dead. The type and value was perfect but the battery wasn't any good. It was for my Mom's flip cell phone and she doesn't want to make an issue of it and I agree! Great service and website! My family loves Amazon (Prime, Groceries, Music, etc.)!

The battery will only charge to 50% after 4 hours on the charger, I am suspect about the quality. returned item requires special packaging when returned by mail it cost $8.00 not recoverable from seller.

This is the exact battery that came in my elderly moms flip phone. Her last battery lasted 2 years so this should perform the same way. If it does not, I will update review
