I followed instructions and started taking 45 days before the onset of the allergy symptoms. Initially I took 1 tab a day which wasn't very effective. However 2 tabs a day was the right dose for me. No itchy eyes, no runny nose, feels like there are no pollens in the air at all. I only take these tablets. Please bring them back soon.

These have helped me considerably with general body inflammation. I have never been able to pinpoint one or two specific things that I am allergic to (even in lieu of allergy tests), but I find I have reactions to many foods (ie. grains, dairy, meats) so taking these help my body feel calmer and more balanced without inflammation.I am not sure if these would be strong enough or immediately effective enough for someone allergic to airborne pollens and such, but taking them daily does have a noticeable and pleasant effect (I believe turmeric has a lot to do with the anti-inflammatory response).

Didn't help me at all. I have taken the whole bottle. Still have to take Zyrtec to make my allergies better.

This product works amazing well to compliment my dosha pacifying diet. As long as I take it regularly, I am able to stop using over the counter antihistamines.

I liked how it took care of my allergy symptoms without a lot of the side effects that I get from prescription allergy meds. I am taking 2 tablets every day to keep my allergies at a minimum and after 2+ weeks it seems to be doing that.

Ok. So here are facts. I myself is a physician, have gone through 4 years of antigen shots to develop antibodies for what I was allergic to. Most seriously I was allergic to mountain cedar. Even after that and being on maintenance shots, I have been miserable for last 7 weeks. A friend suggested me this product. Out of desperation, after scratching my eyes off, hwavy duty sneezes and raw pallet...I ordered this...as soon as I got it, I took my first tab...to my surprise.....I am symptom free today...I will let my allergist know of it, so she can look into....I am truly amazed...and I was not much of a fan of herbal meds. But...this is probably only time I will change my opinion...

I suffered for over a year with chronic hives and red rash around my eyes. Doctor, allergist and dermatologist were only able to determine inflammation due to some unknown auto-immune issue and gave me steroid creams that helped but didn't resolve anything. I finally stumbled across a write up on histamine sensitivity that made sense and this was one of the treatments suggested. Had immediate relief after first dose and after a few months all flare-ups stopped. Bonus is it also keeps my allergies away!

Love it. After years of OTC allergy meds every spring, these work perfectly!!! Can’t imagine another allergy season without them.
