Very easy to use.
Very easy to use, bud be careful. I've always had problems with excessive wax in my ears. But I've never been able to get rid of this wax as easily as with this device. Excellent. I need to buy one more as a gift for my friend.

When this arrived I assembled it, but have to say there is a good chance the ends will come off in your ear.

Causes pain in inner ear DO NOT USE
I used this product and instantly noticed it was causing pain as I followed the directions so I tried a number of ways all caused intense discomfort. So I decided to bin it and look for an alternative which I have found and it works so much better please do not buy this product and risk damaging your ears
